Who We Are

We specialize in the buying and selling of estate items and furniture. We are a local family owned and operated estate liquidation business located in the greater Wilmington, Delaware area. We were formerly referred to as the "Resettlers." We are fully licensed and insured. We have a 10,000 square foot Retail Showroom / Warehouse with sales every week. We have our own crew of movers and packers capable of handling any job large or small. We do not do consignments. We own our inventory outright and pay for all our buyouts in full at time of pick up. We come to you and provide a free estimate of the job.

Downsizing Assistance

We can help those looking to reduce the belongings they cannot take with them to their new residence. We work fast and provide quick settlement for those working in tight time constraints.

Estate Purchases

We buy everything outright for cash up front. We have no hidden fees. We provide speed and professionalism, allowing for fast turnarounds. We can complete the estate purchase and move out in less than a day in most cases (after being scheduled).

Full/Partial Home Buyouts

Whether you have one room of furniture or a whole house, we can buy it all. We do all pickups ourselves, with our team of movers.

Home Cleanouts

We can handle everything from basements and attics to a whole home. We are not intimidated by the size of the job.

Retail Home Furnishings

We sell all types of home furnishings from Dining room sets to kitchenware we have it all under one roof with sales every other week. Whether you are looking to refurnish or just one particular piece, we can help.

Mid Century Modern/Danish Modern

We offer a variety of Mid Century/Danish Modern furnishings. We have the unique to the ordinary. Our inventory is constantly changing due to its popularity.
